Lotus Seed, Jujube Chinese Date, Seed of Gordon Euryale, Sun Mushroom, Polygonatum Root, Chinese Yam, Bulb of Greenish Lily, Dried Tangerine Peel, Poria Mushroom
Cooking instructions:
1) Rinse the ingredients under running water then add around 1500-2000 mL of water.
2) Bring to boil over high heat and add 300-500g of blanched pork fillet and carrots at preference (or cook for 30 minutes soup with an instant pot and complete!)
3) Simmer over medium heat for two hours;
4) A pinch of salt if necessary, enjoy!
