    Lotus Seed, Jujube Chinese Date, Seed of Gordon Euryale, Bulb of Greenish Lily, Chinese Yam, Glehnia Root, Polygonatum Root, Longan Aril, Dried Tangerine Peel

     

    Cooking instructions:

    1) Rinse the ingredients under running water and add around 1000-1500 mL of water.
    2) Bring it to boil over high heat and add 300-500g of blanched pork fillet and carrot/ (Cook soup for 30 minutes in an instant pot and done!)
    3) Simmer over medium heat and cook for two hours.
