Cooking instructions:
1) Rinse the ingredients under running water then add around 1500-2000 mL of water.
2) Bring to boil over high heat and add 300-500g of blanched pork fillet (or cook for 30 minutes soup with an instant pot and complete!)
3) Simmer over medium heat for two hours;
4) Wolfberry Fruits and Longan Aril are to be put in at the last 15 minutes
