Cooking instructions:

1) Rinse the ingredients with water and add in approximately 1500-2000 mL of water to bring to boil.

2) Once boiled, add in 300-500g of blanched pork fillet.

3) Turn to medium heat and simmer for two hours, or in pressure cook for 30 minutes.

4) If necessary, add in a pinch of salt and  enjoy!
