Jujube Chinese Date, Polygonum Multiflorum Thunb, Rehmannia Root, Root Pilose Asiabell, Astragalus propinquus, Longan Aril, Wolfberry Fruit
Cooking instructions:
1) Rinse ingredients and add five to six bowls (≈1500-2000 mL) of water
2) Bring everything to boil over high heat, add 300-500g of blanched pork fillet (Add wolfberries in at the last 10 minutes)/ (or pressure cook everything for 30 minutes, done!)
3) Simmer over medium heat for an hour
